General Rules


  1. Guests will not be allowed to go home during the school period, except summer vacations and midterm vacations. In the event of unavoidable circumstances or any emergency, a child may be granted a maximum permit of five days in an academic session with the prior permission of the Director of the school. If a child does not report on time after an authorized license, the result will be affected. If a child remains absent from school for 15 days or more in no hurry in writing, the name will be removed from the Admission Record.
  2. If a child remains absent on the last business day before a break / vacation or the first business day after a break / vacation, the result will be affected. If a child remains absent for medical reasons on any of those special days, the photocopy of the doctor's prescription, not less than the diploma qualification, must be submitted together with the application at the time of reporting. Otherwise, your result will also be affected.
  3. Parents / guardians may meet with their pupils only on the second Sunday of the month between 10 and 1 pm at a specific location on the school campus. Apart from this, unless it is an inevitable situation, parents will not be able to meet with children.
  4. Compensation for any type of damage to school property by a student will be charged to the "Tax Amount" of the student. They can even be penalized in case of reckless damage.
  5. The school will take care of the physical form of the students. However, the school does not accept any liability, legal or otherwise, for accidents or mishaps. The school will remain indemnified against any claim for this reason.
  6. Discipline, decency and decorum must be maintained by each student. Any act or mischief, breach of the rules, disobedience or disloyalty to the institute by the student or the parents can be considered as an act of indiscipline. The school reserves the right to expel a student for misconduct, indiscipline or breach of school rules and regulations.
  7. Any type of discrepancy, false statement or misrepresentation of the facts by the parents at the time of admission, when discovered, would result in the dismissal of the student from school.
  8. Students should not have a mobile phone or any other electronic device or cash in the hostel. If found, the same will be confiscated and will not be returned to the student or his parents or any guardian. Disciplinary action will also be taken against the child. Parents are advised not to give expensive jewelry to their neighborhood. The school management will not be responsible for any loss of it.
  9. Parents / guardians should not offer cash or friendly money to any school employee. Any incident of this type that arrives at the management's notification would result in disciplinary measures against the courtroom.
  10. Any change in the address or telephone or mobile phone number of the parents must be informed immediately by the parents to the school authority in writing.
  11. Parents are expected to attend all parent-teacher meetings. (Both parents must come).
  12. Any student caught cheating on any FA will get zero on that test. However, in the case of SA, the child will get zero in the tests of all the subjects of that series.
  13. From time to time, important information will be sent by SMS or email to the parents / guardians. Therefore, they are asked to review them regularly.
  14. For the Transfer Certificate, you must notify the office in writing one week in advance.
  15. Parents are requested not to enter any classroom or shelter room without the prior permission of the Principal.
  16. Parents who come to meet their pupils or participate in any program of the institute have to organize their accommodation and food on their own. You can take advantage of the free accommodation and food facility at Maharshi Balmiki Dharmasala or paid accommodation at any other guest house of the Trust according to the rules.
  17. Children can make phone calls from school for a period of 10 minutes in a fortnight. A minimum amount will be charged for this of your "Interest Amount".
  18. Students should not bring groceries to school, except as allowed by the principal. If a student is found holding said article in his possession without the permission of the Director, it will be confiscated and distributed among others and disciplinary action will also be taken against the child.
  19. Parents can authorize a maximum of three more people on the Guardianship Form with their passport-size photographs and sign as the child's guardian. Only authorized parents / guardians may meet or take the child when the child goes home. In an unavoidable situation, if neither parent / guardian can come, the child can go with someone who comes with a letter signed by either the parent or authorized guardian.
  20. Parental cooperation can never be overlooked. Understanding between teachers and parents is essential for the holistic or holistic development of a child. Researchers have shown that a child's performance depends greatly on the direct involvement of parents in school.
  21. Students will be subject to different rules and regulations framed periodically by the Administration for the proper functioning of the institute.
  22. Improving the intellectual development of a child is our main objective. To meet this goal, young children are taught to adopt the Swadeshi lifestyle cemented in yoga and Ayurveda with satvik and nutritious food. Naturally, the child's parents are expected to have an inclination towards it.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Muzafarnagar courts of justice only.
